The main transmission high-speed stage adopts herringbone gear transmission, combined dry pneumatic friction clutch and brake, slider guide adopts six sided straight guide rail guidance, imported hydraulic overload protection device, each workstation is equipped with small sliders, and independent molds can be installed. The mold installation height can be adjusted infinitely, simplifying the mold design. The automatic thin oil circulation lubrication system, feeding manipulator is driven by mechanical or servo, and imported PLC control system. Touchscreen operation is sensitive, safe and reliable. Widely applicable to industries such as bearings, automobiles, military, electronics, micro motors, batteries, instruments, textile machinery, printing iron cans, stationery, etc. According to user ordering requirements, servo driven robotic arms (in both two-dimensional and three-dimensional forms) can be selected for unwinding and leveling devices, photoelectric personal safety protection devices, and shock-absorbing pads.
